Welcome to Israel. Upon arrival, after a meet and assist service at Ben Gurion airport you will be driven to Jerusalem, the center for the 3 Monotheist Religions, Judaism Christianity and Islam. |
If time arrival allows, we will head over Mount Scopus for a panoramic overlook of the Old city of Jerusalem. |
After breakfast, visit the different Mosques on the Mt. of Olives and admire the grandness of the city. |
Then enter the Old City through Damascus gate and walk through its old and narrow streets. Experience the sounds, colors, and scents of Jerusalem’s Muslim Quarter on your way to the Haram al-Sharif and visit al-Aqsa Mosque, the Mosque of Qubbet al-Sakhra (Dome of the Rock) a seventh-century structure, believed to be where the Prophet Muhammad ascended to heaven. You will have time to admire the amazing architecture and pray, the Tomb of Rabiya al-Adawiyya and the Islamic schools with their Mamluk style architecture. |
Visit the wailing wall and walk through the Suq to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher and visit the adjacent Mosque of Omar before tracing Jerusalem’s history through the 4 city’s quarters. Visit Tomb of David by Mt. Zion – a holy place for Muslims, Jews, and Christians alike. |

Continue to Hebron, visiting Al Masjid Al Ibrahimi and Makam Prophet Younis (PBUH) and then head over to Bethlehem, the biblical birthplace of the Prophet Issa (PBUH). The birth pleace is marked by an inlaid silver star in the Grotto under the Church of the Nativity. Next to this sacred site we find the Manger Square with the 15th-century church of St. Catherine and the Mosque of Omar. Dinner & overnight: Jerusalem |

After breakfast, we will travel to the modern city of Tel Aviv to Maqam Sidna Ali, located on a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The mosque was originally a 13th-century Mameluk construction built in honor of one of Saladin’s Lieutenants who fought bravely against the Crusaders and died in a battle on the hill on which the mosque now stands. Feel the special energy from the shrine which is now housed within the building.
We will stroll through the ancient streets and have a beautiful panoramic view from old Jaffa.
After checking into the hotel, you will have the afternoon free to explore Tel Aviv, ‘the city that never sleeps’, at your leisure.
